Originally trained and teaching in China, she spent more than twenty years working as both a practitioner and university lecturer. Her foundation is rooted in authentic lineage practice, developed through rigorous scholarship alongside sustained practical instruction within Chinese academic and cultural institutions.

Over the past five years in the United Kingdom, Dr Jar has delivered structured Tai Chi and Qigong programmes across corporate, academic, and professional settings. The teaching focuses on internal regulation, structural precision, and the cultivation of long-term physiological stability.
